Welcome to Patient Advocate Foundation's Co-Pay Relief
What is the Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Program?
PAF Co-Pay Relief (CPR) provides direct financial assistance to qualified patients, assisting them with prescription drug co-payments their insurance requires relative to their diagnosis. CPR call counselors work directly with the patient as well as with the provider of care to obtain necessary medical, insurance and income information to advance the application in an expeditious manner. Upon approval, payments are made:

"The Co-Pay Relief application process was uncomplicated! Our call counselor simplified the process and was an extremely nice and helpful person. We were awarded $4,000 which fully covered a co-pay of $3,400 for the first of 28 day supply and money left over to help with the next supply of medicine. THANK YOU!!!"
"The Co-Pay Relief counselor was professional and kind, explaining the purpose of the program and the process of the application. Once it was completed and turned in it was a very speedy process, no long waiting period. It has picked up payment after Medicare and Medicaid paid their part leaving me little or no expense to pay out of pocket. PAF is a sort of "pick me upper" for ..."
"I would recommend, and I have, the Co-Pay Relief program because its quick and simplified. When you are sick and down you don't need the runaround to get help. I screwed up and forgot about sending my application back in so many days. So I was sent another application and faxed this one in and received the results in 2 days. Also, I got refunded from the first two months I had paid out in co-pays already that I wasn't expecting, thanks..."
"The Co-Pay Relief staff was very pleasant and the program was cooperative. When an extension was needed because I was out of town for 3 weeks of treatment you were willing to work with me. When cancer insurance maxes out you are just beginning the battle for a 2nd time - Thank you!"
"Not only does the PAF Colorectal CareLine actually help people but your staff actually cares, which means so much when you're so overwhelmed by cancer and all that comes with it. I needed help with inperpretation of insurance policies - read mine and thought I understood it only to find out there was no coverage for cancer treatment (other than surgery). No average person can understand how, at least mine, was written. Help from advice, support and financial (for medication and travel expenses) was given. Just knowing I had someone to call was great!"
