Patient Assistance Program Opens Macular Degeneration Silo |

PAF's Patient Assistance Program will be expanding their assistance to include patients diagnosed with Macular Degeneration. This new addition will provide direct financial support to those insured patients diagnosed with macular degeneration. As with the Program's existing silos, patients must financially and medically qualify to access co-payment assistance.
Patients and physicians can contact the PAF Patient Assistance Program to initiate a request for assistance. Patients who contact the Program for assistance work directly with a call counselor to complete an application. |
