Exciting CPR News: Five Disease Award Caps Increased!

Each year Patient Advocate Foundation conducts a thorough disease silo cap review for our Co-Pay Relief Program, with a goal of appropriately aligning the annual per patient award with the demonstrated patient need, current treatment guidelines and current reimbursement trends and/or changes that have impacted patients' out of pocket responsibilities.

We are pleased to announce that five (5) disease award caps will be increased beginning on July 2, 2012. The diseases that have been increased are outlined below:

  • Breast Cancer
  • $5,000 annually
  • Multiple Myeloma
  • $10,000 annually
  • Renal Cell Carcinoma
  • $5,000 annually
  • MDS
  • $7,500 annually
  • Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers
  • $5,000 annually

 


 

Additionally, please note that we currently have lots of assistance available for new patients through our program! We are accepting new and renewal applications for the following disease categories:

  • Multiple Myeloma
  • Myelodysplastic Syndrome (and other pre-leukemia diseases
  • Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
  • Electrolyte Imbalance
  • Hormone Suppression Therapy
  • Non-Muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer
  • Breast Cancer
  • Chronic Pain
  • Hepatitis C
  • Non-Small Cell Lung Cancers
  • Osteoporosis
  • Renal Cell Carcinoma
