Exciting News: Additional Funding Received For Renal Cell Carcinoma!

Tuesday, June 19, 2012

The Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) provides direct financial assistance with co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles required by your patient's insurer for pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medications relative to their diagnosis. As always, we are committed to providing you and your patients with the highest level of support, personal service and ongoing communication regarding program enhancements and/or changes.

The CPR program is pleased to announce that we have received additional funding for our Renal Cell Carcinoma fund and are now accepting applications for new and renewal patients, effective 6/19/2012. We encourage your referrals as we stand ready to serve as a resource for your patients!

If you have previously submitted an application, on behalf of your patient, via the phone or website, and your patient's application was in a pending status, it will be necessary to re-apply if your patient is still in need of assistance.

If your patient was previously approved to receive funding between 8/1/2011-4/3/2012 it will not be necessary to file a new application. You may begin submitting eligible expenditures to the CPR program for reimbursement immediately. Please note, any previously submitted eligible expenditure(s) that were unpaid, will need to be re-submitted; and all expenditures will be processed on a first come, first serve basis.

Thank you for allowing us to serve as a resource for your patients. We are pleased to re-open the Renal Cell Carcinoma fund at this time.

If you have any questions, please call us at 866-512-3861.

Sincerely,

PAF Co-Pay Relief Program
