Executive Vice President of External Relations
Andrew Weber is the Executive Vice President for External Relations at the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) and brings a long-standing commitment to serving patients who are under-insured and un-insured to help them gain access to the care they need.
As the EVP of External Relations Andrew plays the key leadership role in developing all PAFs comprehensive data integration strategies. Andrew has responsibility for providing marketing and promotion expertise to PAF’s data-related capabilities. In addition, he leads specific operational roles with projects and programs around the multiplicity of PAF’ data sets focused on access, affordability, and quality. Andrew has cultivated strong external relationships to manage and sustain a portfolio of partnerships that collectively support the mission of PAF, while also providing advice and expertise on behalf of the foundation to high level external audiences.
Andrew has over 20 years of health care experience in both domestic and global assignments. He has held leadership roles with several pharmaceutical companies where he led both brand and corporate platforms and built and led multiple industry coalitions. He also has successfully managed non-profit business development teams and worked with various strategic consultancies to uncover insights that led directly to new opportunities to transform health care. He has a proven record of successfully managing complex platforms and teams focused on improving access to affordable medications.
Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Oklahoma City University and a Master’s in Public Health in Epidemiology/Biostatics (MPH) from the University of Oklahoma. Andrew currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife, Ann and has four children and three wonderful grandchildren.
