Co-Pay Relief Program Updates

Thank you for allowing the Patient Advocate Foundation Co-Pay Relief Program (CPR) to serve as a resource for your patients. Our program provides direct financial assistance with co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles required by your patient's insurer for pharmaceutical treatments and/or prescription medications relative to your diagnosis. As always, we are committed to providing you and your patients with the highest level of support, personal service and ongoing communication regarding program enhancements and/or changes.

While the CPR program makes every effort to maintain high levels of funding in each disease fund and we actively pursue additional financial support to replenish a fund should it become low; unfortunately, there are times when funds become depleted. Regrettably we must inform you that our Sarcoma fund will be closed to new applications, effective June 1, 2012. Due to this closure, we will be unable to process applications that may be pending, nor can we accept new or renewal applications.

We will continue to accept eligible expenditures through June 30, 2012; which will be processed on a first come, first serve basis. Please note there is no guarantee funding will be available for all submissions.

If your office has not received payment from our program by July 31, 2012, then please note that the outstanding expenditures were unable to be processed.

Should additional funding for the Sarcoma fund become available within your patient's award year, it will be necessary to re-submit any previously unpaid expenditures. Additionally, a notice will be immediately posted on our website.
